Not all fields are mandatory. For example, you can be a speaker without selecting a sponsorship opportunity or renting space.

Exhibitor Reservation Terms and Conditions
Reservations require a 50% down payment. Exhibitor dues must be paid in full by March 30th, 2022.
The Key Contact for the booth is solely responsible for notifying JPiC of any changes or cancellations.
There is no charge for delegate name changes/substitutions.
Refunds will be issued for cancellations as follows:
• 100% refund: Cancellation notices submitted by March 30th, 2022, 11:59 p.m. EST.
• 50% refund: Cancellation notices submitted April 1st – June 8th, 2022, 11:59 p.m. EST.
• No refund: Cancellation notices submitted on or after June 9th, 2022.
NOTE: Downsizing your booth is considered a partial cancellation. Between April 1st – June 8th, the 50% refund applies to the difference between the rate of your original booth size and the rate of the smaller booth size.
Should JPiC cancel the 2022 convention at the LVCC for any reason, JPiC shall refund the full amount of the booth, sponsorship fees and delegate registration fees.
In the event that government restrictions make it impossible for registered delegate(s) to attend JPiC in person or If JPiC does not take place, JPiC shall refund the full amount of the Fee(s).
