PAYMENT POLICIES
Reservations require a full payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The Key Contact for the booth is solely responsible for notifying JPiC of any changes or cancellations.
There is no charge for delegate name changes/substitutions.
Should JPiC cancel the 2023 convention for any reason, JPiC shall refund the full amount of the booth, sponsorship fees and delegate registration fees.
In the event that government restrictions make it impossible for registered delegate(s) to attend JPiC in person or If JPiC does not take place, JPiC shall refund the full amount of the Fee(s).
